"It’s been years since I’ve painted with acrylics and I was very unsure of myself at first. Our art teacher, Amanda, was so welcoming from the second we walked in, and was super encouraging. I was expecting the pace to be too fast for my abilities, but it was paced perfectly. She explained what to do with the brushes before using them, how much paint to apply, how to hold them for certain effects, and then even the amount of pressure to use on the canvas. When I would pause and probably had a look of dismay, Amanda picked up on it immediately and helped me out with tips and guided me individually when I needed it. My husband and I had a great time bonding over art and the atmosphere was so comfortable and fun. We loved looking at the artwork displayed all around the room. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to bring my sons next time!"

"Amanda did an amazing job with our painting class. She was engaging with each group and it was a nice vibe. She was very helpful and patient with people. "We got there a few minutes late and had to play catch up, but the teacher was very helpful and friendly. The other lady that booked us popped in from time to time, she was super sweet. Only critique is I wish we were given a bit more time after each section to finish before moving to the next, but I think that was a just me thing, the class seemed to be able to keep up. Otherwise, I enjoyed it and was able to bring home a painting I wouldn't have been able to do on my own otherwise. Hopefully will be returning with my daughter soon!"
