"My husband and I continued our 9-year-old daughter's piano studies by enrolling her in Krema Academy of Music and Arts. In just 6 months of taking lessons from Mrs. Krema, we saw a drastic improvement not only in her playing ability, but also in the quality of her playing. Not only has our daughter put forth the effort into her daily practice to improve, but her teacher’s instruction has also made a big difference in her ability to play. Mrs. Krema has stressed the importance of good technique by teaching her finger exercises that include scales, chords and arpeggios. Playing these daily to warm up has helped our daughter a lot when learning her pieces. Mrs. Krema also has advanced her playing ability by selecting pieces that challenge her, but not so difficult as to overwhelm her. Mrs. Krema is also a member of KMTA and TMTA, so she can enter her students into a variety of musical events so they can experience performing and/or competing. She entered our daughter in the Sonatina Festival and thanks to Mrs. Krema's instruction and my daughter’s hard work, she received  the highest rating of superior plus and performed at the Honors Recital. Our daughter was so amazed with her own achievement, and it helped lift her self-esteem. She looks forward to her piano lessons with Mrs. Krema and also looks forward to when she gets the chance to play the piano for her classmates at school.  With all that said, we absolutely recommend learning from Krema Academy of Music and Arts!"
