Didn't need much hair cut off and questioned the $30 cost. She needed to check on a senior discount or military discount. If the cost is $30 then he will get his hair cut elsewhere in the future. A discount was offered and accepted. They could tell he had been there several times but had no notations/history on how he liked his hair cut."
