"Cindy was amazing and helped me find the perfect recliner. Edit...the recliner was substandard workmanship. Upholstery staples were not flush with the side board and when my 11 yr old grandson reached between the cushion and side of the seat to retrieve the remote it shredded the back of his hand. This was less than 24 hrs after the chair was delivered. Delivery guy had said I had 72 hrs to report issue. Went to where I bought the chair and was informed 1. they did not do customer service at stores or at Ashley period they out source it to a non Ashley company 2. I was informed the drive who said 72 hrs was wrong and instead the moment I signed for delivery Ashleys responsibility for the defective chair or any furniture was non refundable PERIOD wth apparently it was in the very small print of the computer form I signed. At NO time did anyone tell me this at Ashley or I would have bought it somewhere else. Scammers...dishonest...should be under a lemon law offense...like a slimy used car salesman"

"Andy helped us with the purchase of a new couch, ottoman, rug, and table. He was super friendly and helpful throughout the process and I definitely would recommend working with him if you get the chance! His manager, Jason was also very helpful and was able to give us some nice discounts that really helped out with the price a lot. Really a fantastic experience overall!!"
"The only reason why I'm giving three stars is because the manager that work that night that greeted us as we came in and the older lady with the purple leather jacket that greeted us as we left, checked on us to see if we needed any help. That's the only reason why the three stars are there. Those 2 actually deserve five stars. But the bald head guy with the beard I understand it was the end of the night, but it's still your job until you close (which was in 45 minutes) to help us. He seem as if we were bothering him because we were looking for someone to help us. So we ended up just walking out. The older lady, she did a very wonderful job of asking if we needed any type of assistance. She's the sweetest little lady that you can ever run across. A true gem if you ask me and the manager that night I forget his name, but he was very informative and helpful and at the time when we were looking at something we were interested in, he was busy which was understandable the bald head guy was not. He was very agitated because we called for him to come over and see if he could help or get somebody to help us. He did get on his mic and told somebody to help us but his attitude sucked camel *ss. So whether it was closing towards the end of the night it doesn't matter you still have to do your job and treat customers with respect."
"Honestly, we didn’t have the best experience at first. The salesman had accidentally written the wrong item number down and it wasn’t caught until the wrong couch showed up in our living room. I ran up to the store to get it straightened out and the manager Jason Mckey helped me. He was very nice and professional. He listened and filed the paperwork that needed to be filed it get it fixed. He was very thorough and did not rush me. He gave me his full attention and it felt like he really cared and wanted to make things right. The salesman also came over, admitted he had made the mistake, and he gave an apology that felt very sincere. Even though it didn’t go perfectly, the way this situation was handled made up for it. We got our correct couch and it’s very nice. Good quality and comfortable. Thank you Jason for fixing a situation that could’ve gone very wrong and doing it in a timely matter. You went above and beyond to make sure we got what we thought we had originally purchased and we are very grateful for that."
