"The store was bright clean. Was greeted by my salesman. Everything went well at first. Dealing with them after selecting the furniture the nightmare began. Customer service was terrible. Was placed on hold and cut off for hours. Finally got to dispute resolution only to be told how great they were but no help. Second trip to dispute resolution was just as bad. The only helpful person who tried to help was the salesman Jarrod."

"Sales girl, Janel, was great. She pointed out one of the two chairs I went in to see right away. That chair was in the front of the store. But, because I was using a walker she carried the other chair across the store to me. Itt was so nice of her, that hobbling with a walker is a real pain. We bought both chairs and they will be delivered in two days. Thank you Kanel"

"Bob’s customer service has been easy to work with, but they’ve had to replace majority of the furniture ordered due to it arriving damaged. I received all but my storage bed a week after placing the order in October. Seven weeks later I received the beautiful storage bed in white. One of the guys putting the storage bed together unfortunately damaged the track preventing the drawer from working. A technician was sent out to repair it, but they didn’t have any tracks available since they were discontinuing the line. The very same day, I was instructed to select a new bedroom suite. I chose the dark version of the Laurel. It’s not as beautiful as the white, but I’m hoping it will last a long time. There were several attempts to deliver the furniture, but the drivers weren’t instructed to pickup the existing pieces. Customer service was able to get everything delivered today although the bed and dresser were supposed to be 5 and 10 weeks out. This was greatly appreciated. After the bed was put together, I was told I needed a foundation. This wasn't needed with the storage bed. Purchasing the suite in store, I thought I was informed about everything that was needed. The foundation is not available for delivery until Wednesday. I’ve never had so many issues with a furniture company. I hate I couldn’t keep the white suite because it’s absolutely beautiful despite the cracks in several places. I’m not sure why I continued to work with this company after the 5th delivery attempt. I had to make adjustments with work every time a delivery was scheduled. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere."

"After visiting 2 other furniture stores in the St. Louis area we visited Bob’s, and were greatly surprised by not only the selection, but the friendly staff. They were not pushy yet they were informative and helpful. Phyllis did a good job of letting us walk around but at the same time making sure that she was aware of our needs."

"I had the pleasure of working with Liz. She understood my needs and met them. I like a sales associate who listens and not try to add extra after you decline whatever they are offering. The fast talking female manager Jessica almost made Liz lose my sale. The key is to listen which Liz did greatly did not over talk which Jessica did."
