McDonald's 10805 Saint Charles Rock Road, Saint Ann, MO 63074

"I'll start off by saying I use to work here for a month or so. And I have nothing against them as ex coworkers and it's everything to do with my food being gross. The fries are always cold. When you get warm fries the grease taste old. Several times my food is missing or incorrect..I had a cheeseburger with no burger and a mchicken with a burger patty on it. One day I was given a hi-c that was a clear color and the employee argues with me that it was ok. Last night took the cake with the pregnant female. Told her my triple cheeseburger was missing. She took my bag back dug in it and then when I asked if the small fry was in there she got mad. Another thing. I understand wanting to save on food cost but please stop having food sit on the warmer for god knows how long then serving to customers. I'm tired of the extra black, dried out hamburger meat, the hard buns and the nasty flavor cold fries."

"The workers always have an attitude and don't know how to do their job, always check your food because they always forget to put stuff in your bag that you ordered. I don't know how the Elisha girl is a manager, she always has a bad attitude, will serve bad drinks knowingly, and the list could go on... if you go during the day when the older ladies are working you get great service but that evening and night crew is as unprofessional as they come."

"i just went through the drive thru and ordered a spicy mcchicken add cheese no lettuce and used a code for a happy meal. I get home open the bag to find that there is no mc chicken. i haven’t eaten all day after a 12 hour shift and im too tired to drive all the way back even if i did i doubt they would give me one. my fault i should’ve checked the bag but that’s just ridiculous how do you miss an entire sandwich it’s not like yall were even busy."

"Went to drive thru this morning at 530, no one was there to take order. Upon leaving, employee was sitting in dinning room. Can't rate anything since no one was working. Seems to be normal for this area. Update, I guess I'm dumb I went back again this morning at 5:50 to get some breakfast before work. There were 3 cars plus mine waiting to order. The person in front of me got her order after waiting some time. I got told twice that they would be with me soon, after 5 minutes and two other customers just leaving after waiting about 8 minutes, I left too. Just close this place down, employees can't get to work on time and are lazy."

"It's good if it's off peak eating hours as it backs up quickly. Parking is good a little confusing to navigate into the place if you're not well knowing of the area. Pretty standard run of the mill McDonald's"
