"We borrowed a truck and drove an hour both ways to come to this Big Lots after we were told they had 2 of the couches in stock. (We alctually called twice to confirm) Once we got there, after waiting 15 minutes, we heard they don't have the couches. They have 2 pieces that don't go together. There was another lady waiting there for a while also only to find out they only had one piece to the furniture she wanted. Not only do they have bad customer service, but the store is filthy. We won't be back to this store, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to ever come here either."
"Their rewards program sucks. They haven't sent me my rewards in 4 years. I've tried to get it straightened out for another 5 years- they keep screwing me over. You have to have the rewards to get your military discount. I now get my discount but no rewards still"
"Finishing up my Christmas shopping and found a few extra gifts as well. But the nicest thing I saw, was a lady giving a gentleman her coupon to help with his purchase. After checking out that same lady ran out the store to bring me my bag I left behind."
