"I just want to say don’t ever go to Aaron’s should be closed for business they broke my refrigerator that my mom had got because the last one had roaches in it they are bad for business and krissy was very rude and Lauren kept hanging the phone up and was talking very badly I don’t suggest Aaron’s is very bad they can never keep anyone and they broke the fridge before they even got it in the door I think Aaron’s need to be reported and closed for business immediately I don’t know why they sold a refrigerator when It had roaches I’m thinking I was going to get a whole new one then it turned out to be broke highly suggest no one goes to Aaron’s in ST Ann they also don’t listen to what your saying Aaron’s in st ann is the worse and bad for business"

"Christina the Manager of this location and her sales associate Kierra have the absolute best customer service! I reached out to them around 10 AM on a Saturday and had my complete bedroom set ready for pickup in a few hours! These ladies took the time to listen to my needs and boy did they deliver! My bedroom set is lovely and I was set up with manageable biweekly payments. These ladies definitely deserve recognition for the superior service that they offer not only were they professional, but friendly and inviting as well keep up the good work ladies, you are truly a representation of what excellent customer care is."

"LET ME GIVE AN UPDATE!!!. I paid one off one of my tv's and decided to order a pillow top King mattress last week. From the conversation everything was all good and I was to expect a phone call by Tuesday to let me know when it came in and set up delivery. I ended up calling them yesterday (Wednesday) and I was told it was not ordered because a $50 deposit had to be put down. My thing is since they are under new management and he was putting in the request last week they should have told him that day so he could have let me know. Not wait the day I call in to find out where the mattress is and why it was taking so long. So UNCOTH and UNPROFESSIONAL on their part because I am sure when a payment is late they are quick to call and ask about that. As long as I have been a customer I have never had an issue but things like this should not happen...COMMUNICATION is the key. I have nothing toward the young man that I have been dealing with, he has been very nice. This new management team should be more CONSIDERATE to their customers and let them know when changes come about or new policies are enforced. Don't get me wrong I will still continue to have business with them when needed but I didn't care for that at all!!! I have been a customer of Aaron's on St. Charles Rock Rd since 2014. I basically furnished my whole house with them. I will say making payments is easy and there are times when you might run into something but they were always there to make it happen. I still continue till this day to do business with them. They have never been rude in any way and always help when you need them. BTW Tony is excellent!!!"
