"This library is good. They need to revise the staff. I don't appreciate staff mugging me when I'm using community services. They are not friendly, never smile and act like you're disturbing them when you need assistance. Work on your people skills for every race and color."

"Library is usually clean and it's usually easy to get to things. However, the employees lack self-awareness. They are always the loudest and most rowdiest people in the building. They don't even notice when people look at them because of their volume. Ridiculous how the noise usually comes from the people who are supposed to keep it quiet. It is a place to study and I understand that there is a quiet room, but it'd be nice to be able to focus while using a computer."
