"I’ve been to other bike shops and was treated like they where above giving me customer service, but when I first walked into West End Bicycles, I was treated with first class costumer service right off the bat. My first encounter was with Butch who greeted me and asked what I was interested in. He walked me around and showed me the options. To tell you the true, I fell in love with the Specialized Roll as soon as I saw it next to the front entrance; it had everything I was looking for. Butch asked me to test ride it and even took it apart to see if it would fit in my car since I don’t like car bike racks. He as knowledgeable, patient with my questions, offered options and was very accommodating. I bought the bike that same visit. I later came back the next day for accessories and they put them on for me. My first and second visit where incredibly awesome. I returned a month later to change the tread tires on my folding mountain bike and I was in and out quickly. I talked to butch every visit and other employees who where there. I’ve been riding a lot since buying the Specialized Roll and upgraded my folding mountain bike. I’ve fallen in love with the road again and out enjoying what Houston has to offer.
