Walmart Supercenter

"I feel that if a corporation is going to lock up an entire department (cosmetics), they should at least have a representative standing there waiting to help anyone who is shopping in that section. These companies don't care that you have better things to do instead of waiting around/hunting down an employee. This is why brick & mortar stores are becoming almost impossible to want to use. Not only do I have to wait around 15 to 30 mins for someone to help, but then I have to check out all my own purchases, all the while, the self check out register continuously calls for an employee cause it's mis weighing items, or mis counting or maybe you lean on the scale or maybe your kid snatches the toy out of the bag while you weren't looking or whatever. THEN you have to show someone at the door your receipt like all they do is look at the paper. How the heck do they know if you have all that in the bags? Lol, ridiculous. Put that door guy in the cosmetics dept, lol. Anyway, last year I went to Walmart 12 times. I'll be utilizing online purchases a lot more this year. I do like that Walmart has curbside pickup which I will probably utilize a lot more to this year since I only go to Walmart once a month. Which is why this review gets four stars and not three..."

"This is a very nice store with a very large parking lot. It's in a busy area of town, so be prepared to have busy traffic in and out of the parking lot. Drive slowly and be prepared to stop at a moment's notice. The store inside is very clean and organized."

"My mom tried returning her pants because they were too big. They wouldn't even let her exchange them for a smaller size because the upc didn't match. Some black fat woman training this poor girl. The black employee was rude and she could of let my mom return the pants. Just an example of giving a black "woman" too much power. They become ignorant. Like override the pants there the same pants lady. Your giving my mom a hard time, giving the girl she's training a hard time. Holding up the line Boss hog attitude is so unattractive. My mom can't even wear these big pants. We were exchanging them for toilet paper for our family. Like it's all we had to make it was relying on a return for some toilet paper. The lady at the church ended up buying us some. Thank the Lord. So her big black bitter self acting like my mom stole the pants or something. Anyways if wal mart gets this message..is there another employee who can at least let her get a smaller size. She can't even wear them and the store has an entire rack. It makes no sense."

"Don’t ever do curbside at this Walmart. Their curbside is terrible! We waited for over an hour for our things. People had to get down to ask for their orders because of how long it was taking. I will attach the picture showing people at the door asking for their orders. We never have this issue at HEB or Target. This is absolutely ridiculous."
