"Walked in and was immediately greeted by security welcoming us to the store. Did our shopping but found it hard to find the right sizes need because nothing was in the right size markers. No staff to offer assistance. At the dressing rooms the lady was far from friendly. Got in line to check out, only 2 cashiers and a line of about 20 customers. They weren't very friendly either."
"Today I have experienced a vey bad attitude with a lady her name is Tracy in this branch. I was trying to return a item she refused and enforce me to return it to the store that I bought this item from, she didn’t give me any chance to talk and only her response is the scan is not clear but the scan was clear and I told her I can give you the number that you want but she put the item in the bag and told me go to the store that you bought from. She talked in very aggressive way and she almost get me out from the store. It’s a first time to complain an employee in my life but I did that because she’s very rude and when I told her I’ll complain she told you more than welcome to complain, I’m very upset with this bad attitude. I would like the corporate to take an action to improve their customer service."
"Store was clean and employees where ready to go. I’ll never go 30 minutes before closing due to the tired employees. One lady was so rude to everyone. Throwing bags rushing u and no smiles. Y do we hire people with bad customer service"
