"We have done business with Jostens for more than 22 years. Jostens has always been very professional and accommodating to our needs. They have treated is we;; and have always delivered on time...we depend on that good customer service. They're very good at leaving daily greetings with office hours and you can always leave a message knowing they will return your call. In case some of you don't know, Jostens has serviced many high schools in our area for a very long time and they know and run their business well. All their products are professionally prepared and their staff always willing to help us, no matter what the issue is. I've dealt with Donna and Jennye for years and know that all of their staff are just as helpful. After reading some of these ugly reviews I had to send in my opinion. If you are looking for good quality service and people who really care about how they represent Jostens, call JOSTENS, you will be glad you did. I am!"

"A rep saw my ring on my hand and noticed it needed some TLC. She sent it to them and it came back good as new. I was amazed at her observation and that they could make it look so good after 30 years! Great experience then and now!"

"My son had pictures scheduled this past weekend and we needed a cap and gown. We called the corporate offices, just to see if we could possibly borrow or receive the one we had originally ordered from them early. They explained that according to our school, the graduation packages with cap and gowns would not be delivered until about a month before graduation, was very disappointed. However, Donna at the local El Paso location was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. I was very happy with the customer service, the ladies were very professional and friendly."

"Terrible company in general. You can order your cap and gown months ahead of time, but you get your cap and gown a month before graduation. That's not enough time to take your pictures with the cap and gown and mail them out to family and loved ones. This company is a joke just like their hours."
