The teachers are amazing, get to know you as an individual, and really work with you. We as students also have a close community and easily welcome anyone new. And the workload isn't heavy as long as you do your work on time!! Amazing school. 10/10 ❤️"

"10/10 recommend this school!!! The teachers and students are so supportive and are always there to help you out! Reading all these other reviews, those of them who got “bullied”, half of them were bullies themselves. You’re not going to get this kind of support at a big school, and everyone here (at least high school) will be there to encourage you throughout the year. THE WORK LOAD IS NOT THAT BAD!!! If you actually do your work and are a GOOD student instead of being a lazy person, you’re not going to have much homework."

"I have been at this school since 2018 in 8th grade and am currently a student here as one of its first graduating seniors in 2023. YWA holds a great place in my heart and has influenced so many other young women for the better. Without this school I would not have had the multiple opportunities they have offered nor learned what it meant to be loyal and dedicated to a school, admin, teachers, and students. This place is such a great to fit for all that come and continue to stay here, as it provides a safe environment mentally and physically and allows everyone to learn life skills and school pride."

"I love this school! I started out as a parent to an 8th grader and now I’m on staff and my daughter is a junior and will be with the first graduating class. I can’t say enough about how much this school changed my daughter from a shy student into a student who now feels empowered to share her voice and ideas and knows how to take advantage of every opportunity sent her way. This school is truly amazing and there is something for every student here at YWA. I believe in the power of strengthening the voice of young women and giving them space to just be who they are. We wouldn’t trade this experience for a big box school! She feels confident to head into her next journey as a college student and I know she’s been equipped.
