"I would stay away from this clinic to any potential seeking pregnant women. I had a terrible exprience! Despite the negative reviews I decided to give them a chance, it was a big mistake. I was worried in my last pregnancy I started bleeding and they assured me the doctor would see me. My husband took of work early. I rushed over to the clinic, arrived early to my appointment and paid $200 for my initial visit, as a self paid patient, and after waiting over an hour I asked if the doctor would be seeing me. I also verified if he was going to be doing an ultrasound as well. Staff said yes, but they were actually clueless and called me inside the hallway to tell me the doctor was actually gone for the day. People in the waiting area were already mad for the wait time, hence they calling me inside, they are not transparent with patients. I didn't get my refund because they said he would be seeing me the next day. I left to receive urgent care elsewhere. After I miscarried I contacted them to get a refund and they kept giving me the run around. Lady that works there also told me if I disputed the charge with the credit card company they would deny it and would NOT give me my$200 back! Disgusting and unacceptable behavior. Trying to steal hard earned money from patients, you should feel a shame. Edit; Yes I have the right location."

"Found this place through my insurance app. Went for a yearly (one every year no cost through my insurance) Right away she asked for a 50 copay, I explained it shouldn’t cost for the yearly. She started she did not know that was what I was being seen for. Had the pap done and doctor tells me I shouldn’t be tinder (he was pushing hard on my belly) and recommended I come in to have a pelvic ultrasound done, also scheduled me to have a follow up to discuss the results. When I came in to do the ultrasound I was charged 50 co pay. Fine. After the ultrasound they said when I come back the next day for results I would be charged an additional 50! To me that is crazy! Almost like a scam. Here I am worried something might be wrong but to get the results I need to pay again. I even asked why they wouldn’t schedule me have them ultrasound and talk to doctor same day, she said it didn’t matter they would still charge me the additional 50. I canceled and guess will go to an office not in a shopping strip. I will say the Dr was extremely nice but I just can’t believe now I will be concerned about what my results are and I won’t know."

"Dr. Maximos is wonderful. His staff, especially the surgery scheduler is terrible. She never returns phone calls, never reaches out to insurance companies, makes up excuses. I have never had an issue with medical staff being so unprofessional and rude. I will not return due to this, I hope that the Dr. is able to find employees that are capable to handle their job responsibilities so that he does not continue to lose patients."

"Dr. Maximos has been taking care of me since 2019. Hes an amazing Doctor and a good man. He delivered my son in via C-section and continues to give me great care. I'm always grateful to him and Ms. Tammy for all they do for me and my family."
