"Blown away by the care here. Jamie was so friendly and helpful the whole day. Craig was informative and friendly. Lydell was funny and made me feel at ease while getting my X rays. Such a cool guy. The whole experience was so great considering the frightening experience of going to the ER. At the end I got a free fleece blanket! Could list the positives to my experience all day. "I came in with uncontrolled asthma symptoms and from the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. The registrar Jamie met me with a smile and a calm voice that just gave me comfort. I was promptly escorted to the back and both of my nurses Victoria and Martin were more happy to be doing their jobs than anyone I've met in the scope of nursing. Their bedside manner and genuine kindness was SUPBERB. I needed to have an cray and my tech Nina was so incredibly sweet and swift. She was very attentive and made me feel like I was her only priority. When I was seen by Dr Fisher I quickly realized that he was a doc above the rest. He was kind and very thorough. He kept me informed and explained everything he was doing and he had an outstanding bedside manner which isn't always the case with Dr. But he made sure I was treated with the best he had to offer. The entire staff will have you feeling like your home for the holiday instead of at the ER. I will never go to another ER if it's within my ability to choose. Thank you all for an amazing experience and helping me get back to normal. This is how every ER/ Dr office should be!!! What a difference kindness can make in patient care!"

They make you feel extremely comfortable and actually listen to what you have to say. Front desk is super friendly!! Place is super clean and house keeping super nice. Wish I could give more stars.
