"Due to local traffic conditions I was 8 minutes late for my 0800 appointment and the system would not allow me to sign in. As it turns out the phlebotomist had not arrived yet! When she did arrive she told me that since I was late the system would not allow me to sign in and I would have to wait. It turned out that I was the only patient in the lab at that time aand the wait was short. Not a very customer friendly system!"

"Thank you to Octavia! We did a walk in appt. The wait was about 40 minutes, and we knew that going in for walk-in versus an appt. My daughter went to have her blood drawn for the first time today. She was nervous, and Octavia talked with her and was so patient with her. I'd give more stars if I could. My daughter bounced out the door smiling."

"The phlebotomist who collected my blood samples was very nice and excellent at her job! I wish I could remember her name. She deserves a raise :) I will recommend this Quest location to family and friends."

"It is odd how there is no reception. But there's only two or three people working here total. At first they seemed annoyed when I said I needed to lay down (vasovagal syncope) but once it was understood I wasn't just being dramatic they were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately there is no bed but I am small so I laid in the wide seat that they have in the room. The draw was much quicker and less painful than usual and I don't even have a bruise like I usually do. For anyone else who needs to lay down for blood draws they recommended the Texas City or Bay Area locations as they do have beds."
