Naper Commons by Pulte Homes

"Bought a home in naper commons. Nice location and good community. However horrible service by pulte. We did an inspection before closing. They did not do half the things that we stated that need to be done. We have been living in this home for six months. Heat stopped working because they never cleaned the system. Loose staples underneath the carpet. They did a lazy job building the home. I have a newborn who is going to start crawling soon. I have to pay a carpenter to fix all the loose staples before baby starts crawling. They forgot to the pain the ceiling in the master bathroom.. long list of complaints. The sales person minja- lied abt the many details the home Would have. The things she stated were not in the home. Buyer beware before going into business with Pulte"

"We are very excited to build our home with Pulte within Naper Commons. We have had a great experience to date from the informative phase through signing a contract and going to the design center. The process itself is very stressful and overwhelming regardless of where you build and especially doing it for the first time, so we were very grateful for how informative Pulte was and the same goes for their patience as we navigated the process. We worked with Minja who was very helpful with the loads of questions we had and also very transparent about the process which is something we appreciated. We also had an amazing experience in the design center that was educational, helpful and we got a lot of coaching which is what we needed. Overall, we are very happy with the experience to date and everything is going as planned with the construction."

"We have dealt with structural issues, tile issues (grout cracking, tile not adhered to subfloor, tile misaligned, etc.), carpet issues (carpet coming up off tack strips with just a pull, seams extremely visible in the middle of the hallways and bedrooms upstairs), hvac issues, plumbing issues (faucets needing to be replaced, spigots outside leaking and needing to be replaced), and now we have water damage behind our drywall, baseboards, and under flooring that has to be completely ripped out and replaced and we've lived here for a MONTH and a half. I've spent more time having to cancel plans and stay home to be here for workers to fix all these wrongs than anything else in our lives right now."

"We had an outstanding experience with Pulte Home building our dream house. No complaints! Did my inspector find things that needed to be corrected, yes, this was a huge project. During the pre-drywall and pre-closing walk, I paid the inspector to find issues that I could not and he was great! Once indentified, Pulte corrected each task on time and on target, no questions asked. There were areas we messed up in the design, but they met us in the center and together we overcame my mistakes. I'm recommending this team to anyone who'll listen. That's our story, and we're sticking to it."
