"I have been a loyal customer of Schnucks Mason for 16 years. This store has been remodeled and looks great. The customer service has gone down tremendously. Cashiers are very rude. I have given them every opportunity to get it right. However everytime I have to interact with a cashier they let me my business is not wanted. This last incident is proof positive that I need to make the extra drive to the Dorsett Schnucks. I had a rain check and the cashier didn't know how to redeem it and called for assistance. When the other cashier came to help. She did everything in her power not to except it . Telling me first I only had 30 days to use it. Which I was within the 30 days, then telling me whoever issued it to wrote it up wrong, as if it was my fault. Making me feel like I was doing something wrong. With this last incident Dorsett Schnucks you now have a good customer. Schnucks on Mason should be ashamed. They will NEVER have an opportunity to try to belittle me and my family again. Avoid shopping here if you want a pleasant shopping experience."

"This store is so much better since they remodeled! I had stopped shopping here for awhile, but gave it another chance. It is bright and inviting when you walk in the doors. Sections are clearly marked and well stocked."

"A little bit different Schnucks set up then I'm familiar with. For a Monday night shopping between 7pm-8pm not many workers. There is a self check out. I had about 40 items and only one cashier. Long line because of that. Had to bag my own groceries too. I guess cashier would have, but felt obligated to keep line moving for customers behind me. Also not a large selection for vegetables and meat. Although plenty of fruits in stick. Large enough Schnucks, but it could have used more people working to restock."

"Wide selection of groceries at decent prices. For some reason I can never seem to find what I'm looking for at Schnucks whereas I usually have no problem at other grocery stores; maybe it's just me. Prices are decent and staff are usually pretty helpful. My wife did get food poisoning once after eating food from the salad bar, but she called the manager, who was very apologetic and seemed eager to take steps to prevent a recurrence."
