"Most good teachers left but some good ones are still there most of the new ones are bottom of the barrel. Some teachers care about the kids others just don't care at all and are waiting for retirement. The classes are good over all and they are all nice to each eachother. the principal is good but could improve the school has a lot to work on."
"I attended Pease from 1997-2001, I remember when that gym wasn't even there and we held P.E classes in the cafeteria lol, nonetheless it was a great school then and continues to be one."
"i miss ms.kolandder ever since i moved schools thqt was a dumb idea cause nowimjust everyone's favorite and they won't leave me alone but pease i was not but i like being alone"
"Only 261 students in K-6. Small class sizes. Only two classes per grade. Pretty sure Principal Nelson and Guidance Counselor Ko know every child's name. Academics are great. Not too STAAR happy, thank goodness. Involved parents and inspired teachers. I wanted my African American son to attend a school where he would not be the only black kid in all his classes. Pease was once 25% African American, but unfortunately those numbers are falling. However, the PTA and the administration are seeking ways to keep any piece of the demographics pie from getting too thin. Also? They have African American teachers, which I love."
"This school has a great and vibrant community. It also has a long and amazing history which is currently being expanded on by the amazing teachers and staff. I'm proud to call my self an alumnis."
