"Dr. Grey is an excellent doctor. She removed my fibroids about several years ago. Surgery went great. I have/will recommended Dr. Grey to my family and friends. My sister goes to her now we love her. But her NP/ staff is very rude and dry. She seems like she doesn’t want to be at work or even interact with patients. That’s not good for business. If the first person I see is not pleasant, then I don’t want to be seen. When u go to the doctor u want to feel as comfortable as you can from the people that’s seeing you. I’ve been going to Dr. Grey for quite some time now, and never had a problem. So my insurance change and I called the office let them knw that it’s did change and the same NP was rude and dry and very short with me, and said we don’t take that insurance and just hung up. No suggestions. No apology, no nothing, just rude. I never write reviews, but this one I had to say something. Not trying to take someone lively hood, but customer service is a must when u work in this field."

"She is amazing! She delivered my baby! I did have issues with the hospital staff but she made it worth while. I had an emergency C-section and it was seamless. I waited on knowing the gender and she made the moment special for my husband and I. I am grateful for her for getting my baby here safely. I highly recommend her. "I must say I left this office with tears of happiness. My pcp highly recommended Dr. Gray & today was my first visit. It took me 7 months to see her but that's just due to her having so many patients. Wait time was no time. As soon as I signed in, gave insurance, id, & paid copay I was called to the back!! I must say from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the phlebotomist, & Ms Melissa. They were all wonderful, nice, & welcoming. Dr. Gray just the icing on the cake, she's very good at what she does. I love the fact that she took the time to get to know me & listen to all my concerns. I love the fact her bedside manners are great & she is very knowledgeable at what she does, & she is the type to figure out what's causing you to have problems. I honestly can go on & on about her. My experience was nothing but the best & I'm here for long term I can say."
