"Recently went to this salon and received an absolutely awful full set (acrylic). It was completely rushed - they didn’t push my cuticles back or trim them down so now I have way more of my real nail exposed underneath than before. They were uneven, oversized on my finger, not shaped properly AND less than a week later, FOUR nails have completely popped off. Almost every nail has unglued edges, waiting to come off. $60. I went to the store and bought press-on nails to get me through until my next appointment. I’ve been here a handful of times but will NEVER be going back, no matter how dire the situation. The only nail salon that truly delivers every single time without fail is Zen Nail in Arnold."

"Will never come back to this salon again. Very unorganized and they favor their regulars vs people who come in for the first time. I came in for a gel manicure and a deluxe pedi. When u sat down for my mani I told the woman I have very short and damaged nails from wearing acrylic nails for a year. When she saw them her response was “oh no you have no nail let do dip for vitamin c” I said okay then she went to put more tips on and I said no. No were in our conversation did she talk about putting in tips. Then she got upset that u said no to that. So then we went back to a gel manicure. When she was doing the manicure she was extremely rough and made me bleed. To make the bleeding stop she put nail glue over it. When she went to paint my nails she painted over my nails onto the skin to make it look like I have a nail. I never asked for that and it looks horrible. The pedicure was basic iv had better ones before and it felt rushed. But the entire time this woman was servicing me i felt embarrassed. She kept calling out my nails to anyone she could. I will never return to this place and ill be telling my friends and family of this experience also."
