"The only reason I am giving it a two star is because the lady doing my pedicure was very detailed and I believe provided me the best service she could. The lady who did my fingernails and Presumably was “the boss” was unprofessional, made my cuticles bleed and then literally doused/squirted my hand with a bottle of alcohol to I assume stop the bleeding? Not sure lol. I had her do a couple of the fingers over again because they were so messy (she was unhappy and talked about me every time I asked her to fix something. Obviously don’t know what she said, but what she did say was said with a vigorous attitude- to which I laughed) . The location seemed unclean and there were bugs/gnats flying around. I was desperate because my regular nail location was on vacation and I was going out of town. I will not go back ever, regardless of desperation. Go to Susan Nails on Lemay if you want a genuine professional experience."

"Let me begin by accepting responsibility for having service done here, AFTER having the gut feeling that I shouldn't. When I walked in, the lady that sits at the door was eating a baked potato with her hands, smashing the skin in her mouth. She asked what I needed and I said, A fill-in. She threw the potato skin in the trash, wiped her hands on her pants and reached out for my hand to begin working. I had to ASK HER TO WASH HER HANDS. I only stayed because I had so much to do and wanted to knock that off my list. Two days later, 3 nails had broken. The reason was because she didn't use enough powder on the tips which I mentioned at the time. This lady is Nasty and Lazy. I learned my lesson tho."
