"So my pool pump goes out while I'm out of town. I called Leslie's to see if they had one in stock, which they did. Was informed I can't pay for it over the phone but could buy it on line and pick up at store. When I go on line the pump shows out of stock and back ordered. I call back to the store and they tell me that's common. They suggested calling their customer service number, unfortunately all they could do is send it to my home, no waybto pay for it and pock up at store. How do u run an online business like this. It's taken a bad situation and made it worse. Not a fan of lezlies."

Sergio Rob and Antonio were super helpful with what I needed for my pool and answered the million questions I asked. Will definitely be coming back."

"I came in on my lunch hour 2-3pm 3/14 to get a FREE water testing. Previous gentlemen told me to fill pool and comeback and we will tell you what you need.The girl working the counter gave me every excuse why she couldn’t do it. I needed pump running atleast previous 4hrs because the heat to get chemicals right. Said it was on all night. It’s been cloudy and 70’s with spots on of rain….. okayyyyyy told her my pool is fresh filled. She said needs to be have pump on for 2 days said it has been on 2 days. Then she said the city water has chemicals and just sitting for a few hours can give me a wrong reading….. I knew when I saw there was a test setting in the waiting cup something might be wrong…… did exactly what was told to do and came in and be told cant have a free test for a fresh pool. Never trusting a place after I wasted a lunch hour."
