"I just went shopping at Macy’s and was very disappointed and upset with their service. I bought some items and pulled out a $10 coupon but, of course, it was denied. It seems that whenever I try to use a coupon at Macy’s, it always denied due to exclusions. The nice employee who charged me gave me another $10 coupon to use so I went to the lingerie clearance section and tried to buy a set that had a price tag marked at $26. Went to pay and….. you guessed it. There was an issue with the price of the item. Apparently SOMEONE put the wrong price tag on the clearance item. Manager was called and was very rude, looking at my mom and I as if implying that we had somehow done something to change the clearance price tag, which was really stuck on that original price tag. We walked out without the item. I won’t be shopping at Macy’s again after that experience."
"I love the brands they have, but the store itself needs to be cleaned. It is visibly dirty. The chairs before you go into the dressing rooms look like they belong on the streets. Even Walmart seems to be in better condition."
"Went to return/exchange a Pandora bracelet, the lady that attended us refused to help just because my daughter had literally just put on the bracelet. So I asked her to sell us a new one since we couldn't exchange or return the one she had which was a Christmas gift. Lady got one out which she tried on my daughter, I asked her if that one was a new unused one which she replied no because they have to try them on the customers to which I requested a new unused one and she said we don't have any. Clearly she was no help and said if I wanted a new one that I should buy only. Worst service ever just from that lady cause I've been purchasing items from this store without any issue."
"I was looking for some jewelry for my girl, and I found a beautiful all natural stone set at an affordable price. The service was great. My sales attendant really went the extra mile and right at store closing time. Thank you for helping me out."
