"Making returns to this store is unpleasant and sometimes impossible. On several occasions, I have been accused of wearing the merchandise before returning it. On one occasion, the return was all-together refused because the manager found marks on the shirt and said the merchandise was "damaged," even though it had never been worn. I love Banana Republic, but not this particular location. Go to Mercedes or San Antonio instead."
