"Never in my life I had a bad experience with any doctor. When I arrived at her office I received the worst welcoming from the front office assistants, bad humor, asking my partner to leave the area because no men were allowed inside, lack of paper work, etc. After waiting for some time I went into my room assigned and waited for some more time, and when Dr. Lopez finally arrived she told me she had to take this important call, which I didn’t mind because as a patient I understand there are other emergencies. After she finishes the call she asked me how I was doing and as I started telling her my concerns she answered that because of people like me, she was late to every appointment. Every inquiry I had needed to be seen in different appointments, not in this annual check-up. I promise I take less than 5 min. trying to tell her my concerns. She is definitely not a good option, save your time, find someone else."
