"Receptionist are very rude and lack empathy . I came in last week as an emergency walk in approved by my doctor because I was having signs of a miscarriage. They were upset because it was around their lunch hour. One of them made the comment “it’s gonna be a late lunch for us.” I also overheard them talking about me and kept referring to me as “Blair’s walk in and Blair’s patient” Today I came in again for my check up and they didn’t greet me or anything. The receptionist kept clicking on her computer for literally a full minute or two and then set the check in clipboard down with an attitude and said “fill this out.” If they don’t like their job they should quit. Women come here to feel safe as they are trusting the staff with the most vulnerable parts of themselves. Dr. Blair is a good doctor but I see ways communication can be improved with patients. More care and intentionally could have been there in the first appointment when I was in a lot of pain, bleeding and cramping. She introduced herself even though I’ve been seeing her for almost 3 years. That kind of bothered me. I had to wait 2 days for blood test results. I actually got an email from the third party quest diagnostics with the devestating HCG level results before I ever received a call from the office. My second appointment with Blair was good and she took time to speak with me and hear my concerns. I don’t know who manages staff morale here but it’s definitely an issue. I think overall the front desk staff really ruined coming to this office for me. I was really triggered when I came in today because of the treatment I got during the emergency visit."

"I have received outstanding care from everyone at this practice, including the front desk staff that I have seen others mention in negative reviews, so I wanted to leave a review to share my own experience. I particularly wanted to say that I am so thankful for Dr. Blair for not only guiding me through pregnancy loss but also for delivering my baby boy! Dr. Blair made me feel comfortable and confident throughout every step of my pregnancy and labor/delivery, even down to the decision to perform an unplanned c-section. She is real with you and has genuine care and compassion for each and every person in her care. I also saw Dr. Wai in the hospital following my c-section and he was also very kind and caring. Aminah, one of the nurses at this office, is also phenomenal. I always look forward to my appointments here, which says a lot about this practice, as I am someone who typically dreads these kinds of appointments. Thank you to everyone on this team!! 10/10 recommend this practice for all of your OB/GYN needs."

"Called in to schedule an appointment, and the woman who answered was rude. Asked for a PO # and said they don't take my insurance. I don't know if I believe her, but I would rather go somewhere with better customer service."

"The doctors are amazing. But the front desk/ receptionists are very rude. Everytime I call to make an appt they will be so rude and has so much of attitude. Like they are on some kind of power trip and consider themselves to be doctors. Calm down you are just there to pick up calls. Can’t imagine the stressful work culture in there. They clearly need to have basic manner lessons from the authorities. They just ruin the patient experience. How much does it take to be nice with someone especially a patient on a 2 min call. Also most of the reviews talk about the same problem."

"Dr. Morris is absolutely wonderful. I recommend her to all of my friends. She makes sure all of your questions are answered and doesn't rush you at all. As an anxious mama, she put my mind at ease and made the best decisions for me and my little one, taking time to explain risks, benefits, etc. Her medical assistant, Chasity, is always kind and welcoming and is quick to return calls."
