"I would give 0 stars if I could. Staff never answers phone calls, and they're very rude when speaking to their clients. The billing manager Vanessa (who does not work there anymore) "accidently" placed my billing as insured instead of out of pocket and I am now getting sent to collections. This has not been fixed or even addressed by them at all! They will not answer my calls and even told me that Dr. Duran was the one that handled billing. It's a JOKE of an office. All they want is your money, do not trust this business."

"Office doesn’t bother to call patients when they have an appointment or to let them know that they no longer take your insurance. I waited 3 months to get a FOLLOW UP appointment and missed work for nothing."

"Highly recommend Dr.Ballesteros and Dr.Rodriguez, Ive had 2 miscarriages in the past my first was seen by the N.P. and Dr.Duran, I had a lot of pain in my 20th week of pregnancy the dr only told me it was normal later that night I miscarried my bby girl, with my second i was leaking i told the N.P and i thank god so much Dr.Ballesteros was there to check further what was wrong I couldnt appreciate more! Eventhough at renassiance they tried their best to save her they couldnt so i ended up having a second miscarriage. With my third pregnancy The first weeks i was bleeding saw the N.P again and she told me i was having an espontanous abortion once again Dr.Ballesteros saw me and told me i had to get a cerclage which saved my bby and now hes 1 year old!! Now im currently in my 4th pregnancy and again Dr.Ballesteros is my dr and im currently 25 weeks, couldnt appreciate him more!! Im forever thankfull to him and rodriguez for being awsome doctors and helping me throughout my pregnancies!"

"Doctor is supper nice. But today all the staff was late by 50 minutes had all the pregnant women waiting outside! My appointment card and time says 8:30.was the first person there.instead there calling up multiple other people I asked why I was not called being the first person there and my appointment time is 8:30. There excuse was oh we have you for 8:45.i was highly upset how are u going to make the appointment card at the same time your putting in the appointment and still mess it up.pluse 50 minutes sitting outside with a long line of pregnant women getting bit up by mosquitoes"

"Staff is nice but the doctors definitely don’t care and it shows, they don’t take time to talk to you and hear your concerns. Ima first time mom and this being my first child I still feel like I’m going on blind with zero info and I’m 3 quarters in the pregnancy! The doctors are rude and they’re hardly ever there. They see you for 2 minutes then just leave and give you zero info on any tests that are getting done or prescriptions they’ve prescribed you."
