"I ordered a pressure washer on Saturday and it was at the local shipping location on weds. Because of the holiday I picked it up the next Monday. Next I ordered a surface washer, again on Saturday, and it arrived at my address Thursday morning. So far I am very pleased with this company."

"I don't know about others but I had a problem withy pressure washer that seemed had a problem getting pressure from pump. I was about to buy a new pump but was dismayed because I am not very mechanical inclined and didn't trust repair shops. However the salesman I spoke to believe his name was Brian was so awesome he walked me through some troubleshooting steps and it turned out the regulator I believe somehow managed to vibrate itself closed . Once I opened it up fully my pump was working just as.good as it was before. I really appreciated the help I got and the fact I didn't even buy mine through them they definitely earnedy trust andy business next time"

"This company is horrible. Shipment was expected a week and a half ago, trailer is still sitting at the 3rd party warehouse not being unloaded. Trailer has been sitting there for 4 days now not touched. The company won’t back there shipping guarantee when this issue happened. They offer a $50 store credit after spending over $1500. Stay away, still haven’t received my package and they won’t compensate. There excuse is they are having trouble with everything going on… however my other 3 freights have been on time from different company’s"

"The only reason why I am giving them one star is because zero stars is not an option! I purchased a surface cleaner that was supposed to arrive in 10 days, it never did, I never received an email or call or any other updates. I got tired of waiting for so long and called them after a month of my date of purchase; I received an email the next day letting me know that there was a delay and will take another month to ship, just that easy for them, 2 months to ship a surface cleaner.Totally unprofessional! Unorganized! Ridiculous! First and last time doing business with them, I don't deal with clowns!"
