We ordered what we wanted, quickly corrected a quality issue with some accent tile and accepted the return of excess materials with no hassles. The warehouse gentlemen Leo, handled all our products in a delicate and caring manner. Definitely made it a hassle-less free. Thumbs up guys!!!"

"I have one tile I needed trimmed to fit on top of a rolling trolley. All I needed was 2 inches trimmed off of any side. I was asked many irrelevant questions. I could tell the guy didn't want to work. He asked me if it was OK if the edge was JAGGED. I said no it is not OK. What type of tile company cannot cut a piece of tile to be smooth on the edge? Obviously, an unprofessional one. They may have a lovely show room but if they can't cut tile, they are a joke. I will be taking my money and business elsewhere."
