"This is the only negative review I have ever written. I’d give 0 starts if possible. I was charged $1000 to bury down spouts. Initially Libra charged me $1600. I thought the job involved more work and material than needed when agreeing to the work. Libra told me he would bring 6 guys out and the job would take about 3 hours for his guys. It took 3 guys less than an hour and a half. He also said he was using a corrugated pipe that was smooth on the inside which they didn’t. Libra never came out to inspect the work upon completion. I had another contractor tell me that it wasn’t done correctly. The drain pipe leveled out the last 20 feet and actually went up the last 5 feet. Where the water was suppose to exit wasn’t even buried and was more than 6 inches above the bottom on my fence. I emailed and called several times and Libra hasn’t responded. I also asked for break down of materials and labor so that I could understand what I was paying for, but it was never provided. I actually had to dig up the last 20 feet and fix it myself. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience that could have been resolved if Libra would have come out and inspected the work upon completion."

"We've been going here for the past 10 years. Nice selection and nice people. Needs a little upkeep here and there. Plants need to be positioned upright and arranged neatly. Plants should have price tags and growing information. The store needs more lighting and upkeep as well."
