"I’m sure many professionals and VERY handy amateurs use places like this. I am neither and was doing repairs to a paver stoop. The old iron railing had been cut out to remove rust and refinish and extend legs. It was embedded with 3 posts in paver and then concrete base. Only option was hammer drill with hole bit which worked except when the top of hole bit hit embedded post in concrete. Returned it and explained what happened. They said they would do something when I rented it again with regular 2” bit. Had some additional chipping to do but once cut post with grinder. They gave me the drill discounted but pavers broke (bits cut but not clean enough for pavers). After getting railing back in and filling concrete in found I needed to cut blocks with a brick saw. Went back and they were really helpful and charged me basically nothing - only 3 pavers and they let me do it there. The staff was really helpful and thoughtful and even though a 30 minute trip I will use them again if need arises."

"This place is great they are really the first place to call when you need a rental. The staff is knowledgeable and able to work with you for just about anything. The service is also number one. They have a second location in Sandwich that is also great little smaller than the Oswego location. They also have a first rate repair shop. The equipment they carry is well maintained and if you have an issue they really work to get you back on the job."
