"My husband and I met Sandy at an open house just looking around long story shor Sandy was great at being responsive and getting back to us in the beginning. We ended up going with a new build which Sandy initially advised us against. Thankfully we went with what we thought would be best. Because of a new build the realitor gets to sign their name and there is no going back. Without sparing you all the details Sandy did LITTLE to nothing for us as a realitor and once our closing was coming up she then responded after not hearing from her for several weeks. She did not find out what our closing day was up until the day before. Once we closed and did all the work we wanted to come up with a resolution being that she and the company made around 12k. I spoke with the managing broker (Tiji Tasso) and was pretty much told a different story by her agent but she too wasn’t willing to do ANYTHING to fix it. I had a limited amount of time to talk and was assured I could call back but after several calls she has not returned my calls. I WOULD not recommend after we did almost all things. So much so that I asked Sandy our realitor to NOT show up being that she didn’t do much for us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Use people you’ve heard whom have been amazing and not people at random.. because this happens."
