"We just moved to Oswego and have been in this Home Depot several times already. Every time that we go people are exceptionally friendly. If I ask where something is, most of the time they walk me right to where the item is. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I will continue to frequent this store."

"On Friday, January 19, at night I went to rent a drain snake, I needed it urgently because every time I used the water at home the drain returned through the basement drain, I saw that the store closed at 9 so we went with my wife on an 18 minute trip with terrible conditions due to the snow, we arrived and walked to the tool rental place, and at the closest cash register there was a cashier and I could see that the curtain of the tool rental section was 5 feet from closing, this same cashier, upon seeing that we approached her, completely ignored us and went at a fast pace to go into the tool rental place, I walked towards there and peeked under the curtain and she ignored me completely until I greeted her and she told me that it was already closed, I felt enormous anger for the whole situation that was happening and for the rude way the woman responded to me and her whole attitude, we walked to the other side of the store because there we were We left our car and we went through customer service and my wife asked the hours, they told her that tool rental is open from 6 am to 8 pm, I looked at my watch and it was 8:01, so when we entered the store they were not yet 8 o'clock and they already had the tool rental place closed, very bad attitude from the woman who practically ran away from us towards that section and with a bad attitude told us that it was closed even though it was not closing time, I returned the next morning and A man attended to us, very kind, attentive and cordial, and when we returned the tool, another man, equally friendly as the previous one attended to us. The morning staff was definitely very different from the afternoon staff."

"They refused to cut my key. They had all the equipment, it was compatible, I said I would pay for the comparable blank. I had a blank chip key that I intend on programming. They refused stating liability. They didn't want to have to take on the excessive costs of replacing my $7 blank chip key if it didn't work. I stated I would waive liability and sign something (lmfao over a$7 key). They still refused. I can only assume home Depot hates it's customers, "I won't do allow it, go to a locksmith". I guess don't ever go to home Depot for a key or anything like that, they clearly don't want the business. (Or maybe they hate people of a certain skin color?) Another reason to shop at the Menards down the road."

"I was helped by Tony the cashier in garden a few days ago and found him to be a fantastic guy! This store is always giving a feel that I can enjoy being in. I personally prefer this store over Menards and really just love the crew! They're always helping me with my needs and bettering the experience."
