"Terrible service, terrible shape and technique. I asked for a certain shape more than 3 times and it seems like they don’t care to do it. I payed 40 dollars for this nails and I think they look horrible, I have been going to other places in the area for a Lower price and way better results, I’m so disappointed!"

"If I could rate 0 stars I would. I got the worst mani and pedi I ever had. Pedicure. I don’t know what kind of polish they used but after 25 minutes it still wasn’t dry. Messed up a tie, they added more polish and another 25-30 mi utes and still not dry. Manicure. I was going on vacation. I usually just do natural on nails but, hey, vacation. So I wanted acrylic tips, white like a French manicure. The guy that did them really messed them up. Oh they looked good when I left. He put the tips on, added what I guess was the acrylic to fill in (I don’t usually do this so I’m not sure). It was the next step…he put a clear no-chip polish on top and put me under the light to cure the polish. By day 2 the added nails started lifting from the natural nail. My nails were separated from the tips allowing moisture to get in. They looked so bad during my entire trip. The day I got home I went to another salon to have them removed. They had to clip my nails down and said we’d start all over. And they told me that I was lucky that a fungus hadn’t yet set in. I’m natural again and waiting for my nails to grow out. I’ll never use this place again."

"If I could put zero I would. These Asian do not know banjos about nails, and nail beds. They destroyed my nail.,The one fat lady made my nails sore. It took three weeks to heal all four ! I was gonna contact the Consumer Protection Agency. But I just won’t go back. They come here to earn money off of Americans and is awful. Be careful. "I've been using Taylor as my nail tech for over three years and she is the absolute best. I'm extremely picky about my technicians and she always does a perfect job on my dip powder manicures. I highly recommend this salon or their newest salon in New Lenox! You will not be disappointed."

"I want to love this place but some of the people working here are not good. For one of my pedicures the girl was as talking on the phone the whole time. RUDE. Last pedicure was just weird. It looks like she put another color on my toe and it was not spread evenly. Just weird. I did notice t notice while I was there. The owner is very sweet. She needs the take a hard look at some of her employees"
