"The woman who did my nails today was extremely rude. Her name was Jenny and she sat in my face and talked sh!t with her coworkers as if her entire job isn’t to repair my nails. Now, it isn’t common for me to write reviews about people who peak in elementary school, but when I confronted her about her conversation and the fact that she had people coming over to look and laugh at my nails while I’m sitting in her chair, she said she was having a fight with her friend. So not only was she rude but she’s also a liar. There was no reason for the disrespect. I simply sat in the chair to get my nails done. If there was a problem with a nail, all she had to do was remove it but instead she chose to act like an unprofessional child and carry on a conversation about me as if my phone doesn’t have a translation app. I wouldn’t advise any black people to go here, as the problem appeared more racially motivated than anything. The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because the guy who did my feet prior to this experience, did an amazing job and I wish I could’ve tipped him separately."

"I am leaving this salon and will never be back. I paid $73 for an error on their behalf. I wanted a gel fill and they misunderstood me and thought I meant “gel” dip. Because they removed the gel overlay that was currently there, I was charged for a full set AGAIN, even though, this is their error. When asking the owner, he could really care less and didn’t even look up to address me. I have been coming here for years and they do not care about customer satisfaction. You are nothing more than a dollar sign walking in and if there’s a mistake, it’s on the customer to incur the costs……!!!! Too many nail salons in the area to deal with this lack of customer service coming from a customer who gets both hands and feet done every month…..!!! First time ever not leaving a tip….!!! Good riddance to this place for good."
