"I like it here. I get the pedicure. The staff is nice and they can answer my questions. I haven't had a person cut my nails rough. They get the job done, and i dont have to anticipate them being rough. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Very nice, thank you."

"After doing research on various nail techniques, I decided gel nails was the way to go for me vs. acrylic. When I called to make my appointment, I specifically asked if they did gel nails. She confirmed they did. When I arrived, I asked again. They lady behind the counter confirmed they did. When the nail technician started working on me...she pulls out acrylic tips?? I told her I wanted Gel nails. She tells me it is a gel nail??? I tell her... no, I wanted all gel...I showed her a video clip of what I wanted, which showed a gel nail being sculpted using a form under the nail. The technician quickly says... no, we don't do that. But went on to explain that acrylic is the same thing ... she says we put gel over it. I disagree! The video was very clear- no acrylic was used. A nail was sculpted using gel. My only options for polish was no chip or clear. I went with the clear polish. I did not expect to see my nail straight through?? I thought there was "milky' tip placed on the tip to give the illusion of a natural tip vs seeing my natural nail straight through. I don't know what I could have said differently to help the technician understand what I wanted ...or if Classy Nails knew what I meant...and wasn't honest by saying we don't do that type of nail...then assuming I'd be ok with acrylic?? Since I was flying out in 2 days and only had my evenings to prepare before my trip, I didn't have time to get them re-done. I just polished it myself before my flight. This was the finished product after leaving Classy Nails. You may need to zoom in to see my nail straight through the acrylic tip. Not happy with the finished product."

"The atmosphere is great, extremely clean. The staff very friendly as well as professional. The tech engaged in light conversation and was very professional as he went about and did his work. I got a pedicure, but was hesitant to do so as I had gone to a different shop that was in Matteson and had horrible outcome there. Classy Nails has restored my faith in getting nails and pedicures..I will be returning. By the way my tech was Ray....4 stars to you sir...."

"My first couple visits at Classy’s nails were good. My manicure and pedicure lasted a long time considering everything that goes on throughout my everyday life. This recent visit however was TERRIBLE! I had Nicole, she cut my skin with the drill, had an attitude the entire time & completely rushed my service. & it shows in my nails. This place is on the costly side, but has no right to be. I am on my way to another nail salon after just getting my nails “done” by them. Absolutely terrible will not be returning."
