"If you’re looking for something quick and subpar, then feel free to go here. If you want somewhere they will do a nice job, please don’t expect this place to be it. Got my nails done here plenty of times before. They always do a mediocre job. But I stuck with it because I’m very busy and it’s easy to get in. I usually get a pedicure and no chip. Yesterday I got the same and by the time I woke up today, the paint was chipping. Went back to get it fixed and they made it look even worse. Clumpy uneven polish paired with a nasty attitude. I won’t be returning EVER."

"Came home from my pedicure and looked closely at my nails. Looks like a child polished my nails. Polish on my toes and many spots that do not reach the entire nail. I spent extra time drying them in the shop and wore sandals home. Will definitely not be returning. Save your money, don’t go to Muse ."

"I really enjoyed my experience and I love the way my nails turned out. I did not request anything complex in my nail technician was number 13. I wish I knew his name because I don’t like going by numbers lol. The location was really clean and I don’t think that I over paid for anything total. I paid $103. I will be coming here again thank you all for a great experience."

"I went here on recommendation of a friend. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews first. I just read some, and I know I would've been deterred from trying them. The place is clean. I was seated almost immediately. #20 started working on my powder dip manicure. Then, eventually I was seated in a pedicure chair and #11 started my gel pedicure. They both worked on me at the same time and I really felt like I was getting the spa treatment. I DID come about an hour and a half before closing. So, maybe they were just speeding up the process. But, I enjoyed my services and I think they did a great job! They were gentle and thorough. I took a star off because it was much more expensive than I expected. But, I will be back. And i will ask for one or both of those two."
