"Arrived at 8:55 needing a gallon of milk. Door was locked and several employees were chatting by the checkout lane. I waved at them and was motioned away and the guy was yelling we're closed. When I did not leave they sent the security guard to tell me they are closed. It was 8:57. Explained only needed a gallon of milk. Was told"No." Going elsewhere to shop from now on."

"Store is actually open when it says it will be open. (because today, this gets bonus points with any business.) Amidst a terrble inflationary period, SAVE-A-LOT appears committed to keeping pricing as manageable as possible all things considered. Their food is quality without as much "down-weighting" as other food-groups are doing, and price-gauging is not prevalent. Five stars becomes attainable through the fun employees here who seem well versed on stress-handling technique... EVEN conveying the idea to customers... which is innovative, remarkable, and frankly... NEEDED today. In a world where I can't afford therapy, there is something to be said for the cashier with a cool disposition and the reminder: everything is gonna be okay. No need to stress. The idea is maybe exclusive to this exact business location... but needs to be adopted universally across our community and culture. Location is clean, well-maintained, and provides inside security much of the time. Would appreciate pricing on clearance items. (That is the only constructive criticism I can find, and it took much thought to squeeze that out... does not take away from the well deserved 5-stars.)"

"May or may not wear masks. Went to this store.because it was closer than Schnucks and it was very rainy. I purchased bagels, orange juice and cream cheese. Had to return orange juice and bagels. There were no questions asked, manager friendly to handle replacement, exchange or refunds. The food was not spoiled: the bagels were "original" plain but they were salty. The orange juice was not from concentrate but was very tart with an over ripe taste. They were just unappetizing to me."

"Great prices The only save a lot that I like going to but the older. Female manager there is really. Just not professional and disrespectful. I thought that she was all right, but that was from Just being a frequent Shopper there speaking, but when I had a problem with the security guard there Is a stalker he's a light-skinned it heavy set black man. And he follows you around as if you were going to steal something. And I have heard from other people that they have gotten the same treatment from the very same security guard. I wonder if I can post this picture. Also I just wanted to know that I apologize Natural Bridge and newstead Save-A-Lot. The picture with the guard is for the one on page and Grand that is the one that has the offencive female manager and the stalking. Security guard I apologize."
