"I’m not one to regularly post reviews, but Wellness Nail Spa in Palatine is more than deserving of a five-star rating! Due to a nail bed injury on my thumb, I’ve been getting one acrylic nail plus either dip or no chip for many years. Today was the first time EVER that I found the experience to be relaxing and enjoyable. My technician was gentle and not rushed. She did everything by hand ... no drill sanding or polishing. The salon was also clean and comfortable, and the protective barriers provided an extra layer of security during COVID. I already booked my next appointment and highly recommend this “spa” ... they actually deserve the name!"
