"I’ve been going to this salon for years but I have decided never to come back. The last time I was there I accidentally smudged a nail. The technician started berating me in front of the owner in English and Vietnamese. The owner not once tried to intervene. I’m sorry but this is poor customer service. It’s not like they are doing a free service. Not feeling their vibe! You enter the shop and no one greets you or says thank you or even a simple goodbye either. Customer Service is everything. "Out of all the nail spots on Rand/Dundee this place is my favorite. I will say it’s no frills so if you’re looking to have the latest social media craze copied this spot probably isn’t for you but if you want classic nail services at a reasonable price this location in the best in the area. They are clean, efficient and I’ve never left here unsatisfied"

"I wouldn't recommend this spot at all. Please be careful when you go and what you pay since it's another clean spot. Mr and my mom went a month ago and she ended up getting a infection the 5day of having acrylics. She actually went to see if the lady can give her a refund and any advice on the nail getting better, but she just ended up taking it off and not caring. My mom still has the nail problem and the second top layer of the nail keeps chipping and is yellowish color."

"I see Tina every 2-3 weeks for a dip manicure and a pedicure every other visit. She is AMAZING! I always struggled to find a a nail salon that I really felt was clean, comfortable and had employees that I could talk to as well as would listen to my requests - Nail Tech 9 has met all my expectations and more. I recommend this location to everyone. I was referred here by a friend and since I started here, I have never been disappointed. I’ve even referred my mother! They always find a way to fit you in, even if the appointment is last minute. They are truly great people and it’s a wonderful atmosphere. If I could rate higher than a 5, I would!"
