"Edited Review: Vicky reached out to me personally to rectify the situation. She was very apologetic and welcomed me to come back. I sincerely appreciate the gesture and the personal connection which is what I noticed and drew me to the salon. Things happen and my first experiences were great but I really appreciated how the regulars were welcomed so I will be going back to give them another chance. Original Review: I moved to the area and tried this salon due to how busy it looked. The first time I came Vicky did my nails dip powder and she was so rushed she didn’t even add cuticle oil at the end…which fine but they remove dip by having you soak your hands in hot acetone so I left with dry cracked hands in the winter. My nails began cracking two days later. I thought maybe it was a one off situation so I tried the salon again for a dip manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was great and the girl that did it was so nice and welcoming. When came time for my nails I got Vicky again. Giving benefit of the doubt I was eager to see how this time went. The manicure was fine but then she rushed the ending as she had an appt walk in and rushed away from the table when I was trying to give her her tip to talk to her appt and was not acknowledging me so I had to interrupt. The day after my dip started chipping again and three days later is very bad. I won’t be going back."
