"I love my lashes every time I go! The lashes are so natural looking! I have a sensitive eye area due to a prior eye surgery but the glue she uses never irritates my skin. I love that her application is fast. I’ve also had waxing done with Emily and I’d recommend her for that as well. My experience is not 5 stars because of her restrictive policies. Rules are rules, but there are so many that I have often felt upset when it’s time for payment due to additional charges being added on the back end - credit card fees (bring cash to avoid), pre added tips if using credit card (must manually adjust), late charges (minimum $20), full set charged twice within same month when refill booked (lashes in tact but too grown out), price differences between website and the payment system, non-refundable non-changeable deposit (I don’t prebook too far in advance to avoid losing). I would just say to thoroughly read prior to booking an appointment to ensure you are grounded in the expectations. As a client, I would say to the business owner to understand that policies are part of the overall experience too, and the simpler the better."

"Emma is the best lash tech I've ever gone to. And I've gone to a lot of lash techs over the years. Emma is probably the only one who has been able to do exactly what I want. And is always willing to work with my schedule. Her prices are extremely reasonable. And don't get me started on how clean her suite is. She takes hygiene, disinfecting, and sanitization very seriously. Emma also ensures that she does not have that in her suite or use it on you if you're allergic to anything."
