"There was a girl I believe named Meredith in the drive thru that was extremely rude from the time we pulled up to the speaker and throughout our entire interaction. She gave my drink to the car in front of us. The lady gave my drink back thru the drive thru window. We asked for a drink remake since another customer handled my drink. Meredith claimed that didn’t happen even though we are sitting right there and watched it happen. Then she said my drink was remade instantly and this was the new drink. How was my drink remade instantly if you claimed the incident never happened? I asked again for a remake and she’s like so you want a 3rd remake, knowing damn well my drink had never been remade to begin with. Her attitude was terrible the whole time. Not friendly upon greeting us at speaker, lying to my face, and continuing to disrespect me is unacceptable. I asked for a refund and she carried on with her attitude. Honestly this girl should not be in a customer facing position. I do not recommend this location."

"Stopped by on Friday at 7:30pm. Drive-thru signs were lit, waited for a couple of minutes. Place was CLOSED when their hours indicate they were open for another 30 minutes."

"I always feel welcome at my neighborhood Starbucks. Always a friendly greeting waiting for me, which is very welcome in this world where being greeted is more and more rare. Even when I order online, I still feel like they care about me as a customer. My favorite food is the dbl bacon breakfast sandwich and the banana nut bread. One of my favorite drinks is the caramel ribbon crunch frapp. I satisfy my dietary needs by using the phone app to customize my drink (i.e. coconut milk instead of cream or milk, decaf espresso, or other add-ins.) Using the app makes me feel confident that my drink order wasn't misheard and saves me the embarrassment and judgement of rattling off my laundry list of preferences."

"This store is absolutely amazing! The staff are super friendly and really helpful. Yes, there was a bit of a line but it's to be expected. Mind you I did get charged for the wrong order which the young lady was quick to catch, apologize and refund me for. Hey mistakes happen and I'm in no hurry so no blood no foul. Plus I did get my drink for free cause of the incident, but otherwise it was an overall positive experience. Definitely recommend coming here if you in the area or passing by. A bit of an edit. I did end of coming to the drive threw on 10/11/2022 to get a little some some something to perk me up cause I was tired as hell. Couldn't find the drink I wanted on the menu that hasn't been updated in for ever. The barista was very helpful. My issues happened after my order was placed. Ended up getting the Java chip Frappuccino with a few extra shots of expresso, only no extra expresso. The lid was not sealed properly might have been the wring size lid or whatever but that ended up spilling everywhere. Obviously inconvenient as hell. Like on one hand I feel like the batista should have noticed that right off the back and been like sorry were just switching the lid or something. It's not entirely their fault because I should have requested that they change it before leaving. Definitely will be checking all lids feom here on out."
