"Way over priced for what you are getting with dying your hair. 80 dollars for a Male to dye short 2 inch hair blue without bleaching it first. He just wanted a blueish tinted to his existing color. It's been 2 weeks and all of the blue is gone because they didnt leave the dye in long enough."
