"DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP. It is clear this Great Clips is gaming the review system, notice how a lot of 5 star reviews have no comments? Go literally anywhere else. Even my 3rd grade cousin could give you a better haircut. Anyway, there's a lady here by the name of Patty who should not be giving hair cuts. She does an atrocious job. She is rude from start to finish, everything she says is tongue in cheek and she does not make the customer feel welcome. She definitely spoils the name of Great Clips."

"We have gone here many times and have gotten decent service. Recently though on Black Friday, the only person working there (whose name is Patricia) did not do a good job. She was making comments on my son's hair with notable comments being "it looks like a duck" and that "she would never pay for hair like this." She was overall being rude to my son about his hair looks since he decided to dye it blonde. Afterward, she didn't even bother to dry his hair with a blow dryer and left my son's hair looking messy. He requested a comb but she rudely responded "Just use your hands". After requesting again she comes up to him and uses her own hands and makes it even worse. She finally at one point gave the comb, but after all that trouble it just felt insulting. This was such an unexpected bad service that I feel like I should not return to Great Clips again. Though I am required to give a star to post this review I would give 0 stars for this particular service."

"They are all very good. I've been taking my son for 4+ yrs. I have wavy thin hair and received a good 3" angled trim. And they are knowledgeable with Hispanic curly types of hair! Also some of the ladies have been there for years!"
