"I am literally sitting here, as I type this. Our appointment was at 10:15. They got us in, seated in chairs and we proceeded to keep our feet in cooling, still water for 15 minutes past our appointment time. I finally got up and asked if anyone was coming to provide service. I got “yeah yeah yeah, in a minute”. 5 minutes later one person comes into provide us with warmer water and bubbles and ask us what service we want. After someone had started on me, my elderly mother had to wait even longer, get colder water, and the bubbles weren’t turned on. Her feet started freezing. Someone came to attend to her after a FULL THIRTY minutes of waiting. Once both of the ladies were here, the Milk and Honey pedicure (albeit $65…) was a nice treat for my feet that desperately needed attention. I will note, I still have yet to find any place that provides a slow, relaxing massage. It’s all so light pressured and hurried. Overall, I was not impressed. Wait time is 0/5, friendliness is a solid 2.5/5, cost I think is a bit steep, but probably average, and I’m willing to pay for the “pampering”. I’ll give it a 3/5. It’s up in the air if I will come back. The search is still on for a nail salon that is reliable with keeping appointment times and being a little more attentive when it comes to the “pampering” part."

"I went to this place on Sunday for no chip mani & pedi by Wednesday my nails were cracked, and the polish peeling off…I called to ask for a fix and the Man told me I’ll have to go so he can check if they are gonna charge me or not because maybe it was my fault “carrying something heavy” which doesn’t make sense because even if I did my nail polish has nothing to do with that. +They we’re rushing because there were about 5 people waiting I’ll never go back"
