"It’s a Taco Bell in a truck stop. The atmosphere is to be expected. Service is a bit slow (but not too bad) as this location doesn’t seem to be staffed well. The staff is always friendly though. I’ve visited around ten times and I’ve had no complaints with the food quality. My only complaint would be the pricing. It’s not consistent with the near by locations. A cheesy been and rice burrito is over $3, but on the $1 menu at the Wentzville location 5 minutes down the road."
"Went in at 10am website says open… guy at counter telling people they don’t open till 1030… I saw them turn away at least 6 customers… if u not going to open at the time it says u suppose to change it on website and do your paper work in back office… almost like they got enjoyment out of telling people they wasn’t open"
"About 40% of the tables were dirty, the soda machine was broken (they used 2 liter bottles), and the music track was interrupted by 1/2 second of garbled squealing every 30 seconds or so. However the order was mostly correct, hot and fresh. But it was slow. The staff was very pleasant. The lobby looked ready for a remodeling but wasn't real bad."
