"New carpet was installed in a basement where there was none before. Process was seamless, the initial price was dropped significantly, the installers were on time and did the job well. No complaints! My advice is, after reading other reviews is, GO TO THE SHOWROOM. Talk to a person."

"100% horrible experience, 0/5 stars if I could, not sure how this place stays in business. Guaranteed carpet before a certain date, called day of installation to say I had to do a re-selection as the carpet was out of stock (despite confirmation that it was in stock at time of order). Due to timing of reselection they had to reschedule my appointment only to get a call the day of the appointment saying my carpet (the 2nd choice reselection) was unavailable. Asked if they could do one of my other 2 choices and said none were available. They refused to make any accommodations to get the carpet done by the guaranteed date and apparently couldn’t get any of the 4 selections in stock. Sales guy ignores all my calls, my dad ended up calling and got right through to him. Super unprofessional and horrible nightmare of an experience."

"My experience with purchasing and having my vinyl floor installed with Luna was very positive. Heather was very helpful in assisting me choose and set up installation of my floor without being pushy, and Ovi and his assistant did an outstanding and very professional job in the installation itself. I would definitely recommend Luna to those looking for new flooring."

"Frankly, flooring isn't really the wife and I's area of expertise, so we were a bit uncertain going in. But Heather and Dan put us at ease immediately. They took the time to really understand what we wanted and guided us every step of the way. A couple weeks later our new floors were installed and we couldn't have been happier."

"Last year, I replaced my 20 year old carpet in half my house (2 rooms + stairs and hallway) Salesperson was nice and installation was done quickly. Installers did a good job. I got the "medium" grade carpet and the more expensive padding. I got a 1 year warranty. However, after 6 months parts of my carpet looked as bad as my 20 year old carpet and felt very rough. I was led to believe that I was getting carpet of equivalent quality but my older carpet clearly has denser carpet hairs and though worn down does not feel rough to the touch. 8 months after installation I filed a claim - a person came to inspect and found that high traffic areas were very worn down (we don't wear shoes in the house; only 4 people in the house and we don't have any dogs; I vacuum twice a week - the carpet was clean but very crushed). The claim was denied. And I am stuck with a poor quality carpet. See pictures. First pic is carpet from an area in the living room that is never walked on. Second is pic from an area near the couch after vacuuming which perks up the hairs a bit. 3rd pic is my 20 year old carpet in a high traffic area. Very disappointed. UPDATE: After receiving the response below from Luna Flooring Gallery, I posted a review of Luna Home services on the Better Business Bureau's website. I received a call from a Luna representative who was unable to offer me any help or solution. The carpet is made by Shaw and they do not stand by their product. They rejected my claim and nothing could be done (other than professionally clean my 1 year old carpet). Avoid Shaw carpeting."
